Dawn began with NorthStar in 2014 and serves as assistant to Dee Whitten. Prior to coming on staff, she served at Ox Hill Baptist as the Pastoral Assistant and Office Manager. Dawn is actively involved in Baptist Ministry Assistants of Virginia and the National Association of Ministry Assistants. In 2013, she completed the Professional Course Certification for Ministry Assistants through LifeWay. Dawn and her husband have three children and are members of Mount Ararat Baptist Church in Stafford.
