Hector Velasquez has worked as the Staff Liaison to Hispanic Churches at NorthStar Church Network since 2015. Hector received his Diploma in Theology in 2002 from the John Leland Center for Theological Studies and was ordained to the Ministry in 2009. He recently received his Masters of Divinity from The John Leland Center and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Virginia, with a background in substance abuse and mental health counseling.
