The Director of Ministries develops and leads ministries to welcome and assimilate new believers and members into our church. JOB DESCRIPTION: Facilitate creative planning, preparation, and leadership for youth group related events (e.g., BASIC Hope on Wednesdays, scheduled outings, joint youth group events with other churches, youth retreats etc.). Plan, organize, prepare and facilitate service-oriented projects and/or evangelistic outreaches with the youth. Invest your spiritual gifts and energy as revealed in God's Word into our teens as a role model and encourager for them to know God in a real personal relationship.
