Associate Chaplain of Worship

Regular chapel worship is a confessional hallmark and public cornerstone of life at a Christian university. The Associate Chaplain of Worship will fulfill the music and liturgy (i.e., prayers, etc.) for weekly chapel worship that occurs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (11:00am - 11:30am) performing from the front as needed while leading a growing team of paid and volunteer student leaders. Church Residency Positions
Columbia Baptist has several Church Residency Positions including Student Ministry Pastoral Resident, Children's Ministry Pastoral Resident, and Worship, Music, and Arts Pastoral Resident. The Residency provides hands on ministry leadership experience under the supervision of an experienced pastor who will coach and develop you as a pastor. The program is part-time, 20-25 hours per week for up to 2 years and also includes weekly leadership development training sessions about how to be a strong spiritual and organizational leader. A monthly stipend is provided to residents.
