Registration is now open. Register online before Oct. 18 to be entered into a drawing to win a door prize (not available to those who register at the door). On-site registration will be available.
When registering, each registrant will need to be marked MESSENGER or GUEST. A Messenger is an individual who represents a member church and plans to vote during the business meeting.

Here is the process for determining the number of messengers each church is allotted:
Each member church shall be entitled to seat up to four messengers at the annual plenary session provided they have financially contributed to the Network during one or more of the twenty-four full calendar months before the annual plenary session. Each messenger is entitled to one vote.
Each member church shall be entitled to one additional messenger for each $2,000 given to the Network budget during the previous twelve full calendar months up to a maximum of six additional messengers. No church shall have more than ten messengers.
