The office manager serves as the receptionist, directing phone calls, emails, and visitors, and acts as a personal assistant to the pastor and other staff members.
• Communication and Outreach: This position ensures effective communication between church leadership, staff, volunteers, and congregation members. The office manager manages, prepares, and posts PowerPoint slides for upcoming events; creates and publishes weekly email eblast; prepares, emails and prints weekly sermon notes and prayer insert.
